1. By downloading the digital libraries, you agree to consent to its terms. If you DO NOT agree to be bound by all such terms, click the “Back” button and DO NOT download any library.
2. As a “USER”, you shall fully understand that this library and relative information are properties of Neobiotech Implant Co., Ltd and shall be solely used for personal, non-commercial use.
3. Neobiotech Implant Co., Ltd is, and shall at all times remain, the sole owner of all intellectual property and other rights (whether proprietary or otherwise) subsisting in, or used in connection with all digital libraries.
4. The USER shall not re-create, distribute, adapt and/or modify the libraries and relative information (i.e., images, drawings, files, etc.) to any person without the consent of Neobiotech Implant Co., Ltd otherwise, the USER will take all responsibilities for any legal actions from Neobiotech Implant Co.,Ltd.
5. Neobiotech Implant Co., Ltd grants you ("USER") an exclusive and non-transferable right to download and use the library/libraries in accordance with the terms and conditions of this End User Agreement.
