Successful Immediate Loading

In 1998, Dr. Youngku Heo performed a full-arch clinical case, placing five implants in the lower jaw of an edentulous female patient. He utilized the Immediate Loading technique, in which a temporary prosthesis was placed just one week after implantation, followed by the final prosthesis after three months. Remarkably, after 20 years (in 2023), he confirmed that the implants remained perfectly stable, providing firsthand evidence of the durability and long-term success of Immediate Loading
