SINUS ALL KIT
Everything in Sinus All Kit
Crestal Approach, Lateral approach, Implant Placement in All in One.
Introduction
| Crestal approach, Lateral Approach And Implant Placement All in One. As combining SCA, SLA, surgical Kit, you can complete sinuslift surgery with One Kit. And it's also included useful components like Ossteome, Aqua lift system, Side Cutter. |
Advantages
Advanced Lateral Approach
LS Reamer, C Reamer with stopper make safer lateral window opening and Side Cutter helps enlarging Lateral hole for easy sinus elevation. |
Aqua lift system
Aqua lift system makes easier sinus membrane elevation. And There is thread on top of aqua lift tap, so it's strongly fixed during inserting water inside sinus. |
* Sinus Crestal Approach System
| Surgical Drill - Consist of a total of five types : Ø2.2 / Ø2.8 / Ø3.2 / Ø3.7 / Ø4.0
S-Reamer - Consist of a total of four types : Ø2.8 / Ø3.2 / Ø3.6 / Ø3.9
Rotary elevator - This tool is used to initially remove the mesial and distal membranes immediately after a hole is formed.
Stopper - Consist of a total of twelve types, from 1 to 12mm
Depth gauge - Tip sizes come in Ø2.6 and Ø3.1
Bone carrier - This tool is used to transplant insert the bone inside a sinus hole.
Bone condenser
Aqua system - This is a system for detaching sinus membrane that uses water.
Drill Handle - This tool is connected to contra angle type devices, such as a drill or Rotary Elevator, in order to allow the user to utilize them manually.
* Sinus Lateral Approach System
| LS-Reamer - This tool forms a thin bone disk between the reamer and the membrane during lateral approach and penetrates the lateral wall.
| C-Guide & C-Reamer - The C-Guide is a guide drill used to prevent slippage and to locate the position accurately before use of the C-Reamer.
| Sinus Elevator - This tool is used to initially remove the mesial and the distal membranes immediately after formation of the hole.
| Side cutter - This tool is used laterally to widen a hole formed using the LS-Reamer or the C-Reamer.
| Lateral stopper - Consist of a total of four sizes: 1 to 4 mm - Use after connecting to the LS-Reamer, C-Reamer, Side Cutter, or other components.
* Implant Placement System
| Fixture driver - This tool is used to implant the fixture
| Hex driver - This tool is used to connect the cover screw, Healing Abutment, Abutment screw, and other components to the implant.
| Torque wrench - This tool is used by connecting to a type of ratchet when emplanting or applying torque to an implant.

< S C A >
| 1. Initial Drill - Mark a position and drill to the front of the inferior cortical wall ('D'). - Stopper : Depth ('D'). - Speed : 1,200 rpm |
| 2. S-Reamer - Drill inferior cortical wall and lift sinus membrane about 1mm. - Stopper : Same length as depth - Speed : 1,200 rpm |
| 3. S-Reamer - If you don't feel the perforation of the inferior cortical wall in step 2 change stopper to depth + 1mm. - Stopper : Depth + 1mm - Speed 1,200 rpm |
| 4. Depth Gauge - Check the inferior wall's perforation by hanging the end of the depth gauge in the sinus wall. - Stopper : Depth + 1mm |
| 5. Bone Carrier - Fill carrier and insert bone graft (0.05cc) |
| 6. Bone Condenser - Push bone graft into sinus - Stopper : Depth length |
| 7. Bone Inserter - Push bone inside by turning bone inserter slowly. - Stopper : Depth - 1mm - Speed : 80 rpm |
| 8. Bone Spreader - Spread the bone laterally in sinus area wall ('D'). - Use the bone spreader after inserting bone twice. (0.1cc) |
